Terms and conditions of Therapy
Illness
If you have flu like symptoms or has been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid or any infectious illness, please rearrange your appointment or change to a remote counselling session please.
Cancelation policy
EAP-Referrals
It is required that 24 hours cancelation notice is given, if less than 24 hours’ cancelation notice is received, you will lose one of your allocated sessions and your referral provider will incur a cancellation charge in line with my cancellation policy.
Self-referrals
Your appointment payment is required in advance within 24 hours of you reserving your time slot. It will be held for 24hours until payment is made in full, if extra time is needed, please contact me to arrange.
Payments are payable by bank transfer; an invoice can be sent if required.
Advance block hypnotherapy session payments are non-refundable.
Counselling Boundaries.
Each counselling session is 50 minutes, EMDR and Hypnotherapy are 90 minutes
If you arrive late your sessions will still start at the allocated time, it may be necessary to reschedule hypnotherapy and EMDR appointments.
Contact outside of therapy sessions is to be made during working hours.
