Supervision
Supervision offers professional support and guidance for students and qualified professionals working in the care sector.
I have worked full-time in private practice for over 10 years, gaining knowledge and experience in working ethically, safely and legally in the therapeutic industry.
I am qualified and have completed a level 6 advanced supervision course, and I adopt the 7-eyed model in supervision.
I am insured and registered with the BACP and NCPS, and I abide by their
Code of Ethics and Ethical Framework in my private and Supervision Practice.
My aim is to build a relationship with my supervisees, to facilitate a safe, impartial environment to talk through any concerns, such as the personal impact of your work on yourself and to reflect on your practice, so you will feel supported, heard, and acknowledged.
I will listen and offer you an impartial and confidential space to reflect on your practice, whether you are a student or a more experienced professional, to ensure you reach your full potential as an ethical professional.
I offer the first initial meeting for 30 minutes, either online or face-to-face, free of charge, to see if we are a good fit to work together.
